Workshops and Healing Circle
Due to the high demand of mind body healing and my increasingly long waitlist, I've created a half day workshop, to teach you how to connect back into your body, as well as a healing circle, for continued practice and support. Both the workshop and the healing circle are offered on Saturdays to allow more individuals to utilize my unique mind body approach to healing.
Since Mind Body Healing is very different from traditional talk therapy, we start with understanding the nervous systems role in healing trauma and establishing the ability to connect and support the body. This process usually takes multiple individual sessions before we are able to address the stuck trauma you are experiencing. To reduce your time and cost, I've created the Harmony Workshops to provide you with immediate support and tools for self regulation. When you are ready to address a specific trauma, individual sessions can be scheduled. This process will give more people the unique opportunity to connect to their body and heal.

Harmony Workshops
Mind Body Harmony Workshop is designed for those ready to jump-start their healing journey from trauma, stress, and chaos that have led to feeling anxious, angry, and depressed. This half-day interactive workshop will teach you the foundation of your body's role in healing trauma. You will practice supporting your body, acknowledging and tending to the uncomfortable sensations in your body and completing your body's need to feel safe again. The stored trauma creating tension in your body will be felt and released, the unconscious worrying and fear in your mind will subside and you will have the capacity to not just survive but also thrive.
Mind Body Healing is gentle and intuitive. Trauma often causes us to disconnect from the intuitive part of ourselves. This disconnection can create false beliefs about our worth and sense of what we deserve. Connecting back to the body, acknowledging the body's experiences, and accepting yourself entirely are the primary principles of Mind Body Harmony Healing. *Scholarships are available for those who financially qualify. |
Harmony Circle
Mind Body Harmony Circle is an opportunity to consistently practice the techniques learned in the workshop. You will go further to explore your body's wisdom in protecting you and acknowledge its innate ability to return to safety. You will understand your body's capacity for healing and tend to its comfort. You will feel the warmth of unconditional support as you safely co-regulate within the circle.
The Harmony Circle is more than a class and it is not group therapy. It's a safe space to learn how to self-regulate and co-regulate with others. Its a designated space to practice the intuitive mind body techniques. Since trauma separates us from ourselves and our community, the harmony circle allows us to establish and practice holding space for a safe connection. This Harmony Circle is the community of support you've been looking for!
